SAL update

Another update! It feels to me as if I did the previous one just yesterday. I started with a new project a few weeks ago and made good progress. The pattern is from the Frosted Pumpkin

And on a very happy note – I picked up my Sunbonnet Sue quilt from the longarm quilter this morning and I am very happy with the quilting. Now for the binding

This term I am trying out My Foodbag. I ordered my Own Foodbag which is for a single person and they deliver everything you need to cook 4 meals (including the recipes). The recipes look delicious and I can’t wait t start cooking

You’ve made a lot of progress on your trip around the world. I’ll be interested to see what you think about your food bag program, keep us posted on that too!

And, I forgot to say, I LOVE those butterflies on the sashing of Sunbonnet Sue. That is going to be an heirloom for sure.

Both the embroidery and the quilting are fabulous! Do let us know how you get on with the Food Bag idea, too – it’s a clever idea for people who are short of time and inspiration 🙂
